Amir oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, leading project delivery with a strong focus on technical execution and build quality. With a detailed understanding of construction and site management, he ensures every project is delivered efficiently, to specification, and to the highest standard. Alongside this, he maintains a commitment to exemplary customer service, ensuring a smooth and professional experience for every client.


Ahmad Emadian – Founder


Ahmad brings over 30 years of experience in refurbishment and construction. As the founder of the business, his expertise, craftsmanship, and attention to detail have been instrumental in establishing the company’s reputation for quality and reliability across London.

Our work is delivered by a team of highly skilled master craftsmen and specialist trades, each bringing expertise and attention to detail to every stage of the project.

This includes experienced professionals across painting and decorating, electrical installation, plumbing and heating, HVAC systems, kitchen and bathroom installation, carpentry and bespoke joinery, and all general building and finishing trades.

By working with a trusted and coordinated team, we ensure consistency in quality, efficiency in delivery, and a finish that meets the highest standards expected of high-end residential projects.
